Windows 7: SAM Broadcasting Software v2 on Win7

I recently purchased a new pc, Asus with Windows 7, 64 bit ... lots of ram/space etc.

I installed SAM2 Broadcaster and it seemed okay at first, then when I tried to set up the encoder, I got error messages about this program not installing correctly. I tried to un-install and re-install several times.

Now when I try to install SAM2 again, it obviously has prefs left over, because it already shows the playlists from last install.

#1 - How do I get it completely un-installed?
#2 - Does anyone know if SAM2 Broadcaster (internet dj software) is compatable with Windows 7 ? It's older software, they are up to vers 4 something now.
#3 - It worked fine on Vista, why wouldnt it work on win 7 ?
and finally,
If I can not use this software to dj on the internet, is there anything out there at a reasonable price (SAM4 is 300 bucks)?
