Hello everyone.
I have some issue but I can`t solve it. I made a 8 min. long video from multiple HD1080p video files, I save the project, but when I try to render with "high def. displey" fails to save... stuck at 0% or 25%.
I use Windows Live Movie Maker 2011 (15.4.3508.1109) on my pc (see my system specs.).
I try to re-install Windows Live Movie Maker 2011, I installed latest drivers for my ATI video (10.12) but... some problem... freezes at 0% or 25%. I also try all render profiles with some results... a big fail.
For much details, I use HD1080p .mov movie trailers and some small transitions in this project.
Pls. help, is important.
Thank you.

I too have an issue with my Windows 7 Live Movie maker 2011. Every time I attempt to save it stops working(0%) and will say not responding. I do not know if this due to the update or not. I would love to get this issue resolved soon.

Same issue here. Movie Maker 2011 crashes about half way through when saving it to any output type. My system is plenty powerful.

I think it may be related to the previous movie maker project file (.wlmp file) as I'm editing a video made originally in 2010....

MTS file format on Windows Live Movie Maker 2011
I have downloaded the new version of WLMM 2011. My Sony HD Handicam outputs MTS video files. Do I have to convert these files to (?what type of file?) before I can use them in WLMM 2011. I know they didn't work very well in the previous version.

I have been using WLMM 2011 for weeks. I have had no problem until today when I got a new SSD and did a clean install of Windows. My camera shoots in 720P and creates .MOV files. They work fine. I have used WLMM for about 9 months now and 2011 for about 4 weeks. I made one video from multiple...
