I dont know what is dependent.dll .... there is no such file in my computer .

You may extract the backup.iso in any drive and then you may try to restore from it .... but in this situation I can see only one feasible solution, that is Repair Install .

but you need the installed DVD for this purpose .

I agree with Arc you need your Windows 7 dvd to do a repair install, since WMP 12 is part of the os you can not just uninstall WMP, but any Win 7 dvd will allow you to repair install. A repair install will leave all your files intact, but will repair any system files that are corrupt

Maybe you could enlighten us on how you fixed the problem, instead of patting yourself on the back, then possibly it would help someone else

Just waiting for some of you fellas to ask.

Was a tedious process analyzing the CBS Files from C:\Windows\Logs\CBS Folder. I noticed it was pointing to a mcplayer.dll After allowing permission to folders in C:\Windows\winsxs I was able to navigate around and replaced the mcplayer.dll in the Folder the CBS log stated was having trouble finding (because it wasn't there).

Replaced mcplayer.dll and registered the file via Elevated command prompt regsvr32 <file path> /u

Rebooted Then went into Turn windows features on or off and Volia!!

I then made the x64 version of WMP12 Default player Which took care of the original BEX issue stated at the beginning of the Thread

EDIT: Future WMP issues should have sticky asking for the CBS Logs in advance, Without them you can't even begin to Trouble shoot the issues. Just a Thought.
