    Non-iTunes-Like Program for PC?

Is there a program or website kinda like iTunes where one can download music and videos, perhaps for a small fee? I am tired of Apple's proprietary DRM-protected videos that you can't really use anywhere but iTunes. Perhaps a site where one can download music and videos in a more user-friendly format, say MPEG or AVI for example. Any ideas?

Rhapsody.com is another possibility. You can get up to 40 free plays of complete songs per month, or purchase per song or per CD.

Napster.com claims to have 12 million songs available.

    Personally, I really like Zune.

Theres a fee, $14 a month, but you also get 10 song credits every month, which nearly pays for itself if you buy Digital music anyway.

Unlimited access to full albums is also nice. Stream them or Download them to your PC.
Also other features such as Smart DJ mix is nice too.

The only downside is that what you download, can be used on only:
Up 3 ea. PCs, Zune Devices, or Windows 7 phones.

You also can NOT burn the music to disc. But can be synced to these devices without issue.

But, if you use your song credit to purchase a song (that comes with your pass) its yours to keep with no restrictions at all, DRM free. Same for straight out purchases.

Not sure about the ins and outs of the others mentioned here, as I just use Zune these days.

    Quality is decent.
    Purchased Content is 320kbps MP3s.

I checked out both Rhapsody and Napster. Couldn't see at cursory glance what genres of music they carry. Also doesn't seem like they have any movies or videos, at least not that I could see at first glance. Thanks for your suggestions! I'll investigate further...
