Windows 7: Gaining access to my XP files?

Gaining access to my XP files?

Right now, I'm trying to get iTunes to find my music library. I have XP installed on my 500GB HDD, and 7 is on my 1TB. I don't want to transfer all the files; that's just stupid. So, how do I get iTunes to recognize the library and import all the playlists?

P.S. How do I get it so that Windows 7 doesn't keep requiring me to change access privileges to EVERY SINGLE FOLDER? I'm the only user and have administrator privileges.
