My software does not touch the builtin thumbnailing of mpg files.
suggestions...
- press [Reset All] because some settings in the app can affect mpg thumbs.
- use the attached regfile to replace possibly missing NATIVE registry entries that may have been removed or damaged by other software.
That's weird. It was thumbnailing .mpg's right before installation, but not after. However, I got back on the machine last night and it is now thumbnailing them. Not sure what went on, but wanted to note that activity. I have no other codecs installed on the machine.
