Hi my ? is some videos well not play lik the window 7 how to videos they buffer some times and my play for 3 sec and just stop some times they dont play at all all other videios play fine like on msn home page yahoo youtube it all good ,, it just looks like the ones on the windows how to,s dont work .

As long as I understand your message correctly, the problem is not about videos in a browser, but rather playing video files in some media player? If that is the case please install video codecs package (like this one or this one).

Sorry for every thing running together I was in a hurry . the vedeos that well not play are the ones on the windows website (and a few others) the videos are the how to use window 7 sometime they buffer forever and sometimes they play for 3 to 15 sec and stop . I cant restart them I have to get out of the website and go back for it to do any thing. youtube and msn comcast videos on thire page all work fine. Its not a big deal now . It just i would like to know what maybe wrong.thanks
