Blurry Pic, Need Help Hi,
I have a friend who's wife was at her son's graduation to High School (I know, not really graduation, but whatever.) Anyways, the wife was taking pictures, and when it was time for her son to receive the certificate, she took a picture, but it turned out messed up (moving while snapping a shot). She got so upset as she didn't have another chance to take a shot (big audience, lots of people graduating). The wife came to me to ask if I could fix it, I said I will try. I am not sure of what to do on how to fix the picture. Could anyone help me fix it? | My System Specs |

Unfortunately motion blur is virtually impossible to remove from an image - you may be able to use selective sharpening to correct some but this is designed for correcting slight focusing errors, so will always be limited in effectiveness.
one thing that may be possible is to re shoot the major characters and paste in these to the image - major work I'm afraid | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Real World Computing (Me + a little help from Acer) OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + x86 + Windows 8 x64 CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1035T 2.6 GHz Motherboard Aspire M3400 Memory 4Gb PC10600 DDR3 1333 MHz Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 315 512MB Sound Card OnBoard - Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Philips 32" HDTV, (HDMI) + 26" TV (VGA) Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 @60Hz + 1360 x 768 @60Hz Keyboard Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) Mouse Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) PSU Stock (400W) Case Acer M3400 Cooling Stock Hard Drives 500 GB Seagate ST3500418AS SATA II

OK, Have had a look but unfortunately there is not enough detail to work with there is simply too much movement
the only option would be to take another image of the young graduate and blend this into the blurred image | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Real World Computing (Me + a little help from Acer) OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + x86 + Windows 8 x64 CPU AMD Phenom II X6 1035T 2.6 GHz Motherboard Aspire M3400 Memory 4Gb PC10600 DDR3 1333 MHz Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 315 512MB Sound Card OnBoard - Realtek High Definition Audio Monitor(s) Displays Philips 32" HDTV, (HDMI) + 26" TV (VGA) Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 @60Hz + 1360 x 768 @60Hz Keyboard Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) Mouse Microsoft Wireless 800 or Stock Acer, (depends where I sit) PSU Stock (400W) Case Acer M3400 Cooling Stock Hard Drives 500 GB Seagate ST3500418AS SATA II
