windows 7 pro 32 bit - cant see album art

    Sorry, I don't know why you don't see the album art on the actual files?

    what i can do with my windows? i don't want to do Format. you have other ways check what that happen?

    I'm not sure what I would do if it was me. System Restore may be an option, depending on how far back you have to go. I might also try un-installing those codec packs you talked about earlier on in this thread.

    i try more then twice times to un-installing those codec pack.
    system restore not be an option.
    also you know other codec pack so work like K-lite (with player..)

    I believe at this point, I'd be thinking about backing up your data, and doing a clean install ... also, I'd start doing a system images ... it's a LOT easier to restore an image, than re-installing your OS/programs ... This will show you how to create a system image (clone) backup of the entire hard drive or partition that Windows 7 is on, and any other selected drive or partition, to be able to restore the hard drive or partition at boot up back to the way it was at the time the backup image was created

    I don't use codec packs unless I really really have to, and haven't had to for quit a while now. I couldn't tell you what one to use. If not having the album art bothers you that much you may have to re-install windows as advised in the post above. It sucks but sometimes you just run out of options.

    If the file needs a codec that isn't there it likely won't play.

    so how you work without codecs? or you mean use other player like vlc so work without codec?
    and i saw windows 7 codec what it is?
