If they are still in the Recycle Bin,then restore them all with the buttom on the top
Then go to that folder, and select everything by pressing Ctrl+A and copy them with Ctrl+C
Then make a new folder somewhere and press Ctrl+V in the inside of it
This should work, though I don't really understand the problem itself.

How to Recover that Photo, Picture or File You Deleted Accidentally
Recover lost or deleted files

Before you use ANY recovery software: be sure to check out all of the options before you actually use any one of them. Although most recovery software products just scan your system before they actually change it, you don't want to take a chance that ANYTHING is done to your system until you are absolutely sure what course you want to take. That also goes for writing any files to your system or making any changes of any kind. The more you use your computer, the less chance you'll have of recovering your old data.

Try going to your Recent Items folder:
C:/Users/your computer nameAppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Recent Items and seeing if your folder is there. If so, open it.

You can also do an Advanced Search for your folder. Be sure to search the ENTIRE computer, not just the indexed locations, and be sure to check the box that says: "include non-indexed, hidden, and system files."

Recent Items folder is where it's at, its showing the album as a sheet of paper when i right click to open it it says "Open Foler Location" nd takes me to my Pictures main album but it tells me "pictures is empty. No folders have been included in this library" then it gives me a botton to click to select folders, nd none are in there...

how do i do a Advanced Search? I'm not good with computers at all.....

how do i do a Advanced Search? I'm not good with computers at all.....

You'll probably want to do several searches, because the first one may not succeed. If it doesn't, keep trying with different search option settings (i.e. the name of your picture folder, name of one or more files in that folder, any key words for any of the files, etc.)

To do an Advanced Search click on the Windows key + your F key on your keyboard, which will take you to Search. In the upper-right corner click on Advanced Search. Then do your settings:
Location: COMPUTER
Date: If you know the date (or dates range) fill them in; if not, select "any."
Check the little box that says: "include non-indexed, hidden, and system files."
Then, in the search box in the upper-right corner of the screen, fill in the first search word or phrase. You might start with "Public Pictures." (Try the name with quotes first --- if that doesn't work, try it without the quotes.)

The chances are that "Public Pictures" is no longer the name of the folder (especially since the "blank page" icon and message that the folder was empty indicates that pictures are no longer in that folder) so if you know the name of any of the individual photo files, try that next. Keep searching until you find one of the photos, because most likely, if you find one, you'll find them all together.

By the way, each Advanced Search of non-indexed locations will probably take a long time, so be patient. If your pictures are still in your system, they are probably in a non-indexed location, so you'll just have to deal with the time it takes to search all of the computer.

PS When you're done searching, try whs's suggestion of using Shadow Copies. It's excellent software and often works when nothing else does.
