Need to crop a video

I'm looking for a way to crop a video (remove top, bottom, left, or right edges). Anyone have any suggestions? i tried VirtualDub, but it only crops as a part of another effect, and I really don't want any other effects done... just crop.

Did you use the 'Null transform' filter as suggested here?
How to crop a video?

There are other programs suggested in the thread...
