    Windows Media Player won't sync to smartphone


    I have a Samsung Jack running Windows mobile 6.5 with a 2GB microSD card. In my previous Vista installation I would sync my music library to my phone with media player. When I reformatted and loaded seven I recopied my old music files to my new folders. Since then I have bought 2 new songs off Amazon MP3 and integrated them into my library. When I sync my library to my phone these two songs will not play. Media Player Mobile hangs and then gives me numerous error messages. All my old music plays fine, including songs that I previous purchased from amazon.

    Any Ideas?

    If you have all the files on the computer, then delete any previously synced musics from your phone and start with a clean state.

    I have done this each time I tried. I normally start fresh each time I sync.
