    Hey,
I have the same problem. I have noticed that the graphics card cannot handle such quick refreshing with such good resolution (like 720p/1080p) so I just put it to 420p or 320p. Its just the way it is with hardware. Here is what i do:

    FOR YOUTUBE
    1. Set quality to 320p
    2. Put screen size on small screen
    3. Minimize the browser (or make new tab) or whatever just dont have your screen on the video

if it buzzes, change quality to 240p or 144p.

    hope this helps

For anyone who has not yet found a cure using any of the previous suggestions try an aggressive full defrag with something like SmartDefrag 3 - defrag and fully optimise. I was plagued with this problem periodically sometimes so badly that media was unwatchable. Then problem would go away for a while before eventually returning. I finally linked this to my periodic defrags. I am no techie but assume my PC was struggling with access times when the media buffer was using the HDD and trying to read / write unsuccessfully from multiple locations due to a badly fragmented drive.
