As seen in the pics, my Standard Account has lost its My Pictures folder that still shows in my Admin Account, how do I get this back?

Lost pictures on DVD!
I saved a bunch of pictures on a DVD and now I get only this message: LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21815 and all the folders are gone. Is there a way to retrieve them? Thanks.
