Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

They all have thier own way of enhancing Video.

The main players would probably be:
Cyberlink Power DVD, Nero (Showtime or MediaHub) , WinDVD, and Roxio has its Cineplayer (havent used this one)
My personal favorite is Neros. But I also use Nero MediaHome to just Stream from PC--> 60"Plasma in main room. I do not watch on the PC that often.

Overall, the main things for the best picture quality will be:

1) The source itself. How good is it?

2) Hardware Acceleration helps alot. Both Nvidia and ATI do well here. Just enable it in your player.

3) How good your display is.
This one may sound silly, but the exact same setup can look stunning on 1 display, and a bit washed out on another.

What exactly are you looking for or looking to do?

Image Quality - .jpg .png. etc.
Does anyone know how to improve the quality of "Windows Photo Viewer". It doesn't seem to be rendering .jpg files correctly. A picture that looks great in Internet Explorer, doesn't look so good in "Windows Photo Viewer", or Windows Live Photo Gallery.
