this led me to believe there was a micro sd . i just had a look at the manual and there is nothing about memory cards . so i stand corrected. disregard my posts about micro sd adapter.

I never bother with loading software and drivers to communicate with a phone just for pics (or for any other reason, for that matter).
I just pull out the mem card and insert it into a card reader (usb). There are several different flash cards, sizes etc.. So I have this handy device to solve that.

I believe there is an adapter that you can buy that plugs into where the charger cord would go. The other end is USB, and can then connect to your machine.

@ Zepher: The 7 compatibility page claims that Win7 will automatically install the phone, 64 or 32.
