Did that, no luck. I think the driver is the problem.
    What do you think?
We've been trying to tell from the start that the phone isn't going to work with Windows 7 so of course it's a driver problem.

Either use your XP computer with it or buy a phone you can use with Windows 7........a Windows 7 phone would be a good choice.

Phone did not come with an adapter. I'll look into the adapter thingy at the at&t store or bestbuy.
this led me to believe there was a micro sd . i just had a look at the manual and there is nothing about memory cards . so i stand corrected. disregard my posts about micro sd adapter.

    Easy Solution

I never bother with loading software and drivers to communicate with a phone just for pics (or for any other reason, for that matter).
I just pull out the mem card and insert it into a card reader (usb). There are several different flash cards, sizes etc.. So I have this handy device to solve that.

I believe there is an adapter that you can buy that plugs into where the charger cord would go. The other end is USB, and can then connect to your machine.

Here is but one example:USB Charging Data Cable (S20-Pin to USB) | Samsung Mobile

@ Zepher: The 7 compatibility page claims that Win7 will automatically install the phone, 64 or 32.
