How to enlarge images without loosing quality?

    You must solve this problem long before it becomes a problem. You do that by purchasing a much better camera; one that requires Government funding (like on CSI).

    In the meantime, until you can afford that camera, take all your photos at the highest resolution setting your camera offers. You can resize downward without losing quality. It simply does not work the other way around.

    I'm not asking enlarge photo that i taken my camera. I told that some images that i download internet.
