What kind of music CD is it? Can it be played from a computer? Can your CD drive read it?

Two things to check if you haven't already.

Will the music CD play in a different CD player? Car or home CD player?

Will other CD's work in the CD player? If it is a DVD/CD player will DVD's play?

Just wondering if it is that particular CD that won't play or the player itself is not working.

    Mike

Recording internet radio I have no idea on that one.

Have you tried it using Windows media center and Windows media player and are they your default programs?
    Can you play movies?
Can you fill in your Specs.
We need to know what we are working with.

Yes, windows media player is my default program. I have never played movies but I did look at a Cd with pictures of a wedding and it was ok, only music I cannot play.
