Solved Problems burning pictures to cd after Windows 7 install

Ever since I installed Windows 7 to my computer, I have been unable to figure out how to burn pictures to a blank cd. When I right click on the picture file it doesn't give me an option to "save" so I'm unable to save to the cd.

FYI, when I insert a blank cd no dialog box pops up.

I've seen free programs online but not sure if they're safe. I just don't understand how/why it changed, I used to have no problems with XP or Vista.

Any ideas on how I can do this?
