Windows 7: Picture view controls missing in fullscreen

Hi,
Started having this problem, with any file type.
MS Picture Viewer for Win764bitPro, losses the navigation arrows and such when in full screen.

I was going to post a photo, but when i used my corel capture, the buttons showed in the picture but not on the screen.
Anyways it's like there's a white background where the buttons should be, and if I hover over them they showup, and disapear back to white when not on them.

Is there a way to reinstall this program?
