My media player classic home cinema play always on "Fullscreem", i already disable that on wmpchc but they still. I uninstall clean the reg and nothing happens.

Have you tryed disabling D3D Fullscreen in Options/Output ? Also in Options/Fullscreen,Launch files in fullscreen is unchecked?
