    Thank you for the feedback. This may have solved the problem.

    A point of interest maybe. This cannot be done while operating with other than IE. I had been there before but the "Upgrade" command was grayed out and it did not operate. Yes, if I had read carefully, I was so instructed.

    A question: Is it obvious, to you who really understand all of this technical stuff, just why this does not work if using Firefox?

    I remember once that I understood the answer to that question, but that was a few years ago - honestly, I've forgotten why this only works in IE. You might find the answer with a quick internet search though.
