Copy data from "Album" to "Album Artist" using Tag&Rename?

I have a directory with 20 sub-directories inside of it.

Inside those sub-directories are around 2000 MP3 files.

I need the content from "Album" to be copied into "Album Artist".

Tag&Rename is confusing the hell out of me but I've heard it's what I want to use.

Can anyone help?

EDIT: I have solved this.

Using Mp3tag, I went to Actions then created a new Group. Then I created a new rule in this group:

Type: Format Value

Field: ALBUMARTIST

Format string: %album%
