A color issue when viewing photos in Live Photo Gallery& Photo Viewer

When I view a photo in both Windows Live Photo Gallery and Windows Photo Viewer, the color seems a bit off, it's like the saturation of the color has been lowered. I opened up the same photos with an internet browser, like viewed them thru my internet, and the color is correct. It looks like the saturation is lower than normal when viewing the photos in Photo Gallery and Photo Viewer. My Windows 7 laptop didn't do this when I first bought it, this only happened on the 25th of November. I recall playing with my AMD-graphics control center -- but restored all settings to default.

Help?

Thanks, un.
