Windows 7 - Pictures will not delete from camera on import

| | Pictures will not delete from camera on import A friends Nikon Coolpix 6100 sticks at deleting files after Windows 7 has imported them. "Erasing file 1 of...." That's where it sticks. Have to hit Cancel at this point. The lock on the SDHC is not on and i've had her move the lock back and forth and left on lock for 30s then back onto unlock as per one website. Formatted the card multiple times as well via the Nikon menu. One more thing...hook it up to a XP machine...it deletes the photos  |
