No ownership of files after reinstalling Windows

I reinstalled Windows 7 today. And now, I can't use my video and music files anymore. I seem not to be the "owner", Windows tells me. I can indeed change the ownership of the files, but I can do that only one file at a time it seems.

When trying to change the ownership of the whole drive my files are on, I get the error message "access denied" for each file.

Anyone got any help, please? I cannot change 600GB worth of files individually.
