problem with streaming videos

good morning/evening

I hope this is the right forum..

my problem's that when I'm watching videos online i get this wired looking Image where colors of the video get blended and it gets really hard to see any thing (see pic)



that does't happen often but it's annoying nevertheless, and its always the same videos even with refreshing after couple of hours or days for that matter.

I tried updating flash player but it says its already on the last version
I tried IE, firefox, chrome and opera and nothing changed
one thing I noticed is that when changing video quality (i.e 360p to 240 ... ) the video works fine but that works only on youtube so it does't help much

can anyone help me plz ..

Try reinstalling/updating your graphics drivers or uninstalling any add-ons or apps that you have installed,if these dont work try installing an older version on flash.
