you need to upload it to an image server such as tinypic - TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting

and then you add it here using the image icon or by pasting the image url inside [img][/img] tags ( [img]imageurlhere[/img])

oh

and please confirm that: can you play any other video files at all? Do you have usual screen resolution? Does everything look as it should?

This page is telling you you might need to reinstall your video drivers. Have you tried that? I am not talking about reimporting it from driver max, I mean uninstalling current one and doing a clean install of your video card driver from official setup.

What video card do you have. Is it dedicated or shared?

you possibly should seek help on a proper forum for your Operating System.
Your 1st post states WMP 11 but Windows 7 has WMP 12 and comes with its own DVD codecs built in.

The codecs from Shark007.net - Vista Codec Package come with codecs for Windows Vista and XP.
IF you choose these codecs, Go to the MPEG tab and select PDVD9 for a good decoder.
