How do I enable Filmstrip in explorer in win 7 64bit ?

It has been sorely missed since upgrading from XP. I use my pc in a photo lab and filmstrip view made pictures easy to see. "Extra large icons" in win 7 is to small and the preview plain on win 7 is on the side which is a pain. Can I alter that or can i get an ap to mimic XP??
