| | Sound - no Video Whenever I click on a Video, from a news item or a post on Facebook I get the sound but no picture - if I move the mouse around I get bits and pieces. What do I need to do? Thanks |

| | Welcome to Seven Forums nivlac75. You might try to install/update your Flash and Shockwave players. DirectX may need an update. See if there is a new driver for your Video chip/card too. Is this something new? If so try a system Restore to before this happened.  | type System Restore | Enter |
