WMP 12 - Converted video (h.264) plays very slow when moving forward.

Hi there, i have a problem when i try to play Videos with the Windows mediaplayer 12.

I digitalized old vidoes from casset to pc. After cutting them and render with Adobe premiere CS5 and MediaEncoder CS5 they are playing with WMP but when i click forward to another time in timeline, it have to load a while (5-8 seconds) for playing.

When i open the video with Video Lan Client (VLC player) I can jump to any time i want and there is no waiting.

I tested it with other pc's with wmp 12. It is slow every time i jump to another szene.

Its a mp4 video with h.264 codec. When i open other mp4 vidoes there is no hanging.

So what is wrong ? here are the settings i used for export. Maybe someone can help me.
