MS Picture Viewer Controls Missing in Full Screen

I'm having the same problem as this guy:

    https://www.sevenforums.com/music-pic...ullscreen.html

Had it on my last install and just did a clean install for my new SSD with the same issue. For me, the controls don't come back when I hover over them. Instead, it's just either white or blocky patches that are see-through (showing the desktop behind it).

Anyone else have the same experience?

I think it's like that normally. It does the same for me, just use the Back, Forward and ESC Keys to Navigate and Exit.

I do not think it is normal here is a full maximize window screenshot and I have the controls at the bottom.

Yea, I have no problem using it with the keyboard, it's just very weird that it does that, especially repeatedly over clean installs.

I don't think it's normal, either. I just have no clue what would cause it, or how to fix it, if it can be fixed.

Other then a SFC /scannow I would not know how to fix it either.

Jerry, but that's not Full Screen, the FolderBand and MenuBar are still there. I just reinstalled and it still hasn't changed for me either.

Are you talking about when you were doing a slide show from a folder?

No, this is just when you hit the maximize button on the window and it enlarges to full-screen, not in slideshow mode. I actually retract my previous statement about the buttons not appearing when I hover over them. I just checked again and they re-appear the same for me as Infinite describes. Weird.
