Selecting files for conversions of single DVD episode

I have DVDs of an old TV series (Upstairs Downstairs) and I would like to be able to view some episodes on my Galaxy Tab 10.1 without converting the entire disk on which an episode is located. My problem is that I don't know how to identify which files belong to a specific episode. I've tried a few different conversion programs (including Freemake, uRex, and Handbreak), and they each present me with a list of all the files on the disk. An example of the confusing array is shown here.
Can anyone tell me how to identify which files should be selected for a given episode?
Thank you!

Thank you for responding! I've downloaded the program, and I'm studying the guides. I hope this will be the answer to my dilemma.

I suggest using a copy for practice, if not too late.
