Video player that divides video into smaller scenes for preview?
Hi there. I'm looking for a video player that can divide videos into smaller scenes (like every 15 or 30 sec) so that they serve as previews and lets you seek to the part you want. Note that it doesn't really split the video; it just does it on the spot for previewing purposes. This technique was actually implemented in the video player of Sony PSP (and also the Sony Tablet S). It's very handy.
Do you know about a video player that can do that?

The video player in question cuts down the video into small thumbnails, each corresponding to a part in the video. May be I can get a screenshot of this from my Sony Tablet.
