Photos will not upload from my computer to any websites

I have been downloading pictures to Facebook, Walgreens, and Shutterfly for 3 years with no problems. All of a sudden I can not upload any pictures! I had no difficulties downloading them from my memory card to my computer and I can view them just fine. When I go to upload them it will let me select the pictures I want and start the process, but then just keep "loading" or "thinking" for hours if I would let it. It will not upload even one photo. Please help, I have tried reading everything on this and nothing is helping.

What browser are you using IE, Firefox, etc.? Have you tried more than one browser?

It is Internet Explorer 9...I don't know how to try a different browser. I just don't understand how this happened after 3 years of no problems!

You said that you downloaded before - did you ever upload before. And to which site are you trying to upload anyhow.

Yes, I have uploaded lots of times. I actually just uploaded pictures 2 weeks ago with no problem. I have tried several websites to upload and they all do the same thing. I have tried Facebook, Walgreens photo, Shutterfly...all just keep loading, but never actually finish. I even let it load for over an hour (which it has never taken more than a minute in the past) and it was still just thinking and no picutres went through.

What is your Antivirus program. There is a possibility that it might hold things up.

I am not too familiar with Kaspersky - have not used it in eons. But there is a check for outgoing data. Have a look what that setting is and set the checking to 'off'.

Scanned photos disappear on computer
I scanned a photo with my Canon MX 410, selected the folder I wished it to be transferred to, and since there was no choice like "OK" or "Done," I clicked "Exit." I've looked in the designated folder, scanned documents, my documents, and my pictures, but the photo is nowhere to be found. I know...

Just got new computer and some websites don't work??
Some websites don't work. Like Facebook, Hotmail, and Yahoo. Pretty much any website that requires any sort of log in. MSN and Google work perfectly fine. I've tried googling this and have come up empty handed. I've run the connection troubleshooter and it just comes up that it doesn't have a...
