Windows 7: Keep getting video error message

Keep getting video error message

Whenever I try playing a video in Win 7 Basic, I keep getting the attached error message.Anyone know how to remove it? Thanks.

Try downloading K-Lite codec pack Download K-Lite Mega Codec Pack

Klite may have been OK for Windows XP but today there is a much more modern solution.
I highly recommend using |MG| Win7codecs 3.6.1 Download
After installation, check the box for [x] SUGGESTED settings in the Settings Application


An added bonus to using these codecs,
I create the releases and am a member of this forum to offer assisatance 1st hand.
