    Old home movie needs updating


    Hi,I have an old home movie on a DVD disc its also on my HDD,The quality of the movie is bad it needs to be spruced up a bit.is there any software available that I can use to maybe enhance this old movie,Its a sentimental movie really.''free if possible''
    Any thoughts please.

    Until recently, unluckily I never come across with any software can manipulate movie to any better quality, especially free software.

    Hope someone have better suggestion here.
