Windows 7: HP 2000 Laptop Buzzing sound when playing Media

I am at my wits end. Brand new HP laptop, every time I play any form of streaming media, I get this intermittent Buzzing sound. I downloaded the DPC Latency Checker and it indicates a spike whenever the buzzing occurs. I have had all my drivers updated, had a tune up performed by Geek Squad, nothing has fixed the issue. I read somewhere that disabling the HP Power Assistant solved the issue but that feature is not installed on my HP 2000 laptop. Somebody has to have the answer to this problem! There are a lot of references to it on Google but I cannot find the solution!!!!
