Class is not registered. [NEED HELP]

So I just recently had my computer on for several days straight, last night I closed it for the night and at the morning I opened it. I tried to open media files (such as a picture or videos), and I get "Class is not registered."

I've been trying many ways to fix this, such as:
Re-installing quartz.dll (Couldn't replace the .dll for some reason, if someone has a solve for this, would be nice to know.)
Installing CCleaner
Repairing Windows Media Player with Fix WMP Utility

Running System File Checker tool
Running avast virus scan

Also when I try to watch youtube videos, I get 1 frames per second.
It also shows that my internet connection is not connected, but still my connection is fine.

Oh yeah I have no sound either, I can play games with no problems.. (except the sound)

Getting frustrated with this. Help.

Tried to upload a picture to imgur about the Class is not registered-thingy and I got this several times:

Sorry! We couldn't upload that.

Something happened and we were unable to upload your files. Please check that they aren't huge (over 2MB) and try again.
