Windows 7: open video in windows photo gallery

hi guys, im new in this forum, first post!!
currently im back on vista but im about to install Windows 7 RTM, when i used RC version of Windows 7 i noticed that the windows photo gallery dont open videos anymore..like in vista where pictures and videos open in the photo gallery..its important for me because im able to watch videos in slow motiong using mouse wheel..but in windows 7 photo gallery wasnt opening any video...
is there any fix for it?

i think the reason nobody has replied yet is because we don't know to play video with this software.
