    need help with my pictures folders


    All I'm trying to do is arrange my photos in folders according to subject. It will not allw me to drag and drop from one picture folder to another. I tried following the directions and adding the same tag to all the pics I want in the same folder but that isn'.t working.This system will not let me do anything to arrange my photos the way I want-Any help appreciated!
