    printing pictures

While attempting to print pictures on my new win7 pro 64 bit PC
I only have the option for 8x10
I have read some "how to's" but no matter what - I still only have 1 size to print
8x10 - EVEN watched a video .. and ont he video there are all those choices ..
but not on my machine and it doesn't matter what I "open" them in either

I am looking for the option to do wallets / 2 5x7's etc etc

if SOMEONE ... ANYONE would be kind enough to shoot me an email (subject line pics win7) t0 Beaniesway @ aol. com

    I would really appreciate it
    much thanks in advance

beaniesway, Welcome to SF. You will want to tell us more about your printer model number and have you loaded the latest drivers available at the manufactures website?

I get the same thing as before

I open the picture right click and choose to open the way you suggested
    control P
    and

    it shows a page

"how do you want to print your pictures"

on on the wide where YOU have all those different size options
    I only have one 8x10

what size is the paper you have selected,
and can you post a screenshot of the printer window that is only showing one size option.

also i would edit your first post and remove your email address as you will get tons of spam and maybe worse.
you can get the help here ,no need for private emails and that way others with the same issue as you can see how to fix it
