Unable to See Metadata Tags and Rename Files

I have a large collection of MP3 files on my computer. I have already entered all of the data (Artist, Title, Album, etc) and I was able to see it all until a few weeks ago when it stopped showing up in Windows Explorer. When I play a file in WMP, VLC, or drag it into iTunes (none of this music is in my iTunes library, this was just a test), the metadata appears. I also have Album Art attached to the files.

If I go into Properties > Details, I am unable to enter in the aforementioned information.

I am on a Dell Vostro 1520 running Windows 7 64bit.
