Explorer only showing thumbnails for mvk files [Divx Plus]?

I've already reinstalled everything Divx, and I'm using the latest codec pack. The thumbnails were gone after a reboot, so now I only see blue/yellow Divx icons. After I reinstalled the codec pack I could see thumbnails for mvk files, but avi and mp4 are still the same.
I'm 99% sure I haven't made any changes to my laptop that would have any effect on video files. Any advice on how to get the thumbnails back?

    download and install icaros

    |MG| Icaros 2.0.0 Download

    and configure icaros ,
add this file extensions list to show these file thumb nails...

    .mkv, .0gm, ,3g2, .3gp, .3gpp, ,avi, ,divç evo, .f4v, fly, hdmov,
    .k3g, .m2p, ,mp2, ,m2v, .m4v, mod, ,mov, mpg, mpeg. ,m4p,
.mp4, .mp4v, .ogv, .qt, ,rm, .rmm, rrrìvb, .tp, .m2ts, .ts, ,mts, .vob,
    .webm
oddly when you copy and paste the list you will have to add each line above one by one, adding each line to the end of the line you paste .then click add
