How can I edit contributing artists in Music?

I googled how to edit the contributing artists and there were plenty of results. I followed the instructions and selected all the files, right clicked and went into properties and then details. Once I clicked details though, there wasn't option or anything to edit contributing artist. I tried double clicking and right clicking but nothing happened. I feel stupid because I bet the solution to this will be really simple, but I can't figure it out and I would really like to edit it. Hopefully someone could please resolve this issue for me. Thanks.

How do I edit/delete "contributing artists" in W7 files
Any ideas how to edit/delete "contributing artists" in music files? I have scores of misspelt ones (late nights & wine). I have about 90 gig of files so it would be impractical to go through them all to find which have been tagged wrong. I'm assuming there is a holding file for these somewhere but...

iTunes not showing some artists, when I select music
The printscreen will hopefully describe it. For example Mark Ronson and Nelly Furtado both don't show up, and the only way I can get it in there is by making a playlist. (This is when I've got my iPod selected, and trying to put music on to it) I've right clicked>get info>album artist>Mark...
