how can i edit my laptop setting for the tv

hello
good morning
i connect my dell inspiron 1525 laptop to my sony bravio 40 inch tv .. everything was fine except when i play some video the image become slow i mean the video while it play so i did change setting and now i got a smaller screen in my tv

how can i fix this .. i upload some images about the problem and my laptop setting

Resolution settings is incorrect for the TV. Not sure what your SONY's resolution is but looks like it needs to be a lot more.

do you know how can i fix this and let it go back to the same as before full screen
i check to change the resoultion but it didn't go back to the same ;s

Do you have a system restore point that goes back to before you made the original system changes?
