Windows 7: Windows Live Photo Picture Library Arrange by photo issue

I have been using the Windows Live Photo program to import photos from several sources such as a Walgreens CD disk, cut and paste from a different CD, or cut and paste from a thumb drive.

Everything was working well. I could cut and paste or import to an edit folder then modify the date the photo was taken(since a majority of the photos had incorrect date stamps because I did not set the date on my camera), tag, caption, and geotag the photos and then cut and paste the photos to other folders I had labeled by year.

I have been pasting the photos that were modified, tagged, and captioned into the folder view under the arrange by feature. Until this week the photos would show up in the folder view, month view, day view, and tag view. Now any new pictures I cut and paste or import will show up in the folder view but will not show up in the month, day, tag view, etc..

I do not know what has changed and would like for all the photos i imput to the program to be accessable in the picture library and be viewed by any of the options available such as the month view, day view and tag view.

I have tried to change the dates and see if they will appear but nothing has worked yet.

I am hopeful someone can instruct me on how to get these photos to be viewable in the arrange by features with the other photos in my picture library.
