Bad video resolution during watching movies

    So, I have Toshiba notebook (Satellite L650-14E: Intel® Core™ i3-330M 2.13 GHz, ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5145, 15.6" LED Backlight TruBrite (1366x768) TFT, DDR3 SDRAM 4GB...) and I installed everything fine, I mean on drivers. Use Windows 7 32bit.
Working properly on each side, I even play very new games and do staff which requires the best video resolution and I haven't any problems except one: when I watch movies, DVD Rip's or DVD's my video resolution is pretty bad. I even could see pixels sometimes .. Also colors are strange, I couldn't really explain but BAD in one word
Well, I've tried to find update for my Graphic Card and didn't help, try most of options in many players - didn't help, then try to remove and install again my video driver, still noting
Now, I did deplete all my sources and I don't know what to do!?
The worst thing would be that is simply like that and never change 'cause I very often use to watch the movies on my notebook and I gonna be feel

So, if someone have any idea, or maybe have the same problem, please do smth...

    Thank you!

what video playing software have you tried?

    only windows media player?

check out vlc, or mpc-hc and see if they produce better results. both programs are free and highly recommended.

If you wish to use the Windows players, Windows Media Player and Media Center,
you will need to install the Shark007 codecs.

I use KM, BS and WMP.. I'll try with both suggests, directX and that two other players... My graphic card can support DirectX 10 but here I only see 9.0c. It's ok to install 9 and than upgrade to 10 or what to do else?

    and thank you guys
