No thumbnails on MPEG-2 files on Win 7

The trouble is: all video files have thumbnails except MPEG-2 vide files.... MPEG-1 is OK... Latest K-Lite Mega Codec Pack installed...

Any help

Probably because of the K-Lite pack. Choose a popular player such as PowerDVD or WMP to be the default for the file types that aren't showing thumbnails (.mpg, .m2v and/or .vob.) Maybe that will help.

I pulled my hair out on this for weeks -- on my system, I finally figured out that it was having Corel/Ulead DVD Workshop installed that screwed up my MPEG-2 file thumbnails.
